Training

Sharing our experience to maintain your products’ integrity.

Goals

Our main goal is to develop capacities and technical savoir-faire with our trainees, aimed at maintaining your products’ integrity and thus providing maximum safety for your equipment.
Set to share our savoir-faire
A series of operations will efficiently convert the trailer or semi-trailer into a mobile stage which will include all mounting elements.

The key to all of these operations is the precision with which the components perfectly interact with each other.

Our experienced trainers will give appropriate advice in order to optimise the practical knowledge of every participant.

At the end of training, the tech-students will have to have acquired enough technical knowledge to be able to control a MOVING STAGE.

A training certificate will be awarded in the name of every trainee who would have worked for setting up MOVING STAGE mobile stages. This training is compulsory in order to benefit from the warranty applied to our ranges of mobile stages.

Content

The training programme for trainee technicians will include:

  • The designs, concepts and technologies specific to the Moving Stage mobile stages;
  • The explanation of the operating manual and of the assembly and disassembly sequences;
  • How to use the trailer and in particular, the efficient methods for loading and
    levelling;
  • The tools and practical techniques for solving mechanical and hydraulic problems;
  • How to use machinery, assembly and disassembly the stage;
  • The notions and critical factors, where appropriate,
  • Troubleshooting and solving problems.

The participant trainees will learn to:

  • Assimilate fundamental theoretical concepts relating to stage operation;
  • Understand the specific interactions between the different components during assembly and disassembly operations.
  • Identify the risks associated with an inappropriate use;
  • Direct and efficiently communicate with the other technicians present on the site;
  • Act in a responsible manner and safely during all stage installation and mounting phases, in order to prevent any untoward situations and preserve the product’s integrity.

LEARNING METHODS

  • Understanding the theoretical aspects of a stage;
  • Workshops and practical exercises;
  • Demonstration and real-life situation simulation (in a group);
  • Participation and practical exam (required for obtaining the certificate).
  • A certification based on the student’s understanding of the theoretical, technical and practical information of the product in general.

ASSESSMENT METHODS

  • Practical exercises in the field and theoretical training as a supplement;
  • Operating manuals;
  • Training course for technicians including an official practical assessment of every participant.

OPERATING MODE

Our training will be open to a maximum of 6 people for one trainer.

We recommend not having more than 6 people for one trainer so that the trainer can easily interact with each of the trainees.

It takes place in 2 steps:

After an exchange on the fundamentals of safety, the first step will be step-by-step guiding by the trainer who will demonstrate and explain in real-time, the different assembly and disassembly steps. The trainer will keep the leadership over the staff being trained. He/she will also give suitable advice for optimising the installation.

The second step will be to individually assist the trainees. In 2-person teams, everyone will be able to learn about the assembly and disassembly phases, without any risk with our trainer at their side.
